Ian Stephens

Ian is an experienced Finance and Business Systems Manager.  He has worked in financial, IT and project management roles in leading FMCG companies in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands.

Ian prides himself in not being a "Typical Accountant". He believes the role of the finance professional is to recommend business successful strategies that are supported by accurate financial analysis.

John Stephens

John has over twenty years experience in analysing, designing and implementing systems and business processes in the financial services sector. His particular areas of interest are improving customer service, processing efficiency, and risk management by the targeted application of technology, with an emphasis on changes that would deliver a clear return on investment.  

 In John’s previous roles he has been responsible for systems managing over four billion dollars of client money, and has had particular success in delivering interactive web based services to wide audience.
